Md. Mainul Hossain Khan is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of service in different sectors, including hospitality, telecommunications, IT and INGO.

With nearly two decades of progressive experience in Human Resources, Md. Mainul Hossain Khan has held Head of People & Culture and senior HR leadership roles across renowned multinational, international, local, and INGO organizations including CARE Bangladesh, Relief International, Oxfam GB, Southtech, Global Voice Telecom, The Westin Dhaka, and Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel.

His expertise spans both strategic and operational dimensions of HR, encompassing emergency response and development sectors, safeguarding, talent management, HR analytics, succession planning, policy and procedure development, employee engagement, and employee relations management.

Throughout his career, Mainul has sharpen his expertise by navigating complex organizational contexts and diverse industry environments. He is deeply passionate about fostering inclusive and supportive workplace cultures where individuals feel safe, empowered, and inspired to achieve their full potential. His leadership philosophy is rooted in empathy, fairness, and a strong conviction in the strategic importance of investing in people.

Mainul holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and has attended number of professional trainings both in country and abroad. He is passionate about mentoring young professionals, guiding people for career success, and creating systems that connect talented people with the right opportunities.
