Experience

0–1 years of experience (Fresh graduates or current students in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred).,

Prior experience in student organizations, campus ambassador roles, or volunteer management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with department heads.
• Updating and maintaining employee records and internal HR databases.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Assisting in organizing company culture events and employee engagement activities.
• Drafting HR-related documents, such as job descriptions and offer letters.
• Handling basic administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
